WHAT IS THE MAX CAPACITY OF THE LEGENDARY HORSEPOWER RANCH?

With our connected paved patio space for easy flow inside and out, we can comfortably accommodate up to 500 guests for your wedding festivities.

ARE THERE DRESSING ROOMS?

There is a 12 X 12 area with a full length mirror in the stables. Macs Outlaw Garage has a private restroom, kitchenette, living room with a full length mirror and poker table, or for an additional cost we have a 3-bedroom, 1 bath Airbnb located at the North entrance of Horsepower Ranch.

HOW LONG WILL WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE VENUE FOR WEDDINGS?

A total of 10 hours (four hours before the wedding, 5 hours for the events, and one hour for break-down. Additional set up and reception hours can be purchased.

WILL THERE BE ANOTHER WEDDING THE SAME DAY?

We love to be able to provide our couples with exclusive access to the Venue on their wedding day, so for that reason we only host one wedding per day.

WHAT DO WE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION?

Horsepower Ranch will have a staff member directing all vehicles and guests on your special day.

ARE THERE OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS ?

Yes, we have a three bedroom Airbnb for an additional cost. We are also conveniently located just 8 minutes from Oviedo and 12 miles from Lake Mary – both of which offer a host of lodging options.

IS THE LEGENDARY HORSEPOWER RANCH PET FRIENDLY?

We understand that pets are part of the family, and we welcome them here at Horsepower Ranch.

IS THE VENUE AIR CONDITIONED?

Yes, Macs Outlaw Garage and bridal suite are both climate controlled.

DO YOU ALLOW GLASSWARE FOR THE BAR?

For the safety of your guests and animals we do not allow glassware for the bar.

DO WE NEED TO SCHEDULE A TOUR OR CAN WE JUST STOP BY?

We ask that all tours be scheduled.

HOW DO WE RESERVE A DATE?

We require a signed contract and a non-refundable $850 retainer to secure your date.

ARE OUTSIDE SNACKS AND TRAYS PERMITTED?

Yes, you are welcome to bring food and beverages for breakfast and lunch. Event meals, however, must be provided by a licensed, insured caterer.

WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR ALCOHOL?

You may bring in your own alcohol, or purchase a bar package with us or your caterer. We just require you to use an approved licensed bartender.

DO WE HAVE TO CHOOSE VENDORS FROM YOUR PREFERRED VENDOR LIST?

With the exception of the required bartenders, your favorite vendors are welcome. We do require that they are properly licensed and insured so we ask that you make us aware of anyone you plan to use that is not on our approved list.

ARE CANDLES ALLOWED?

No, we ask that LED candles be used and will still be a beautiful addition to your décor.

WHAT DOES SET-UP ENTAIL?

The Horsepower Ranch team will set up all tables and chairs per the floorplan given for ceremony and reception.

WHAT DOES CLEAN-UP ENTAIL?

At the end of your event, we simply ask that you remove personal belongings that you have brought in and any rental items. The venue is professionally cleaned after every event.

WHEN CAN OUR RENTAL COMPANY DROP OFF AND PICK UP?

We often host multiple weddings in a weekend, so we ask for drop off and pick up that same day unless otherwise accepted.

DO YOU HAVE SECURITY AT THE VENUE?

No we do not. That can be purchased through us for an additional cost.
