WHAT IS THE MAX CAPACITY OF THE Legendary horsepower Ranch?
The venue offers unlimeted capacity with a connected Paved patio space for easy flow inside and out Both Locations
ARE THERE DRESSING ROOMS?
There is a 12 X 12 with full length mirror in the stables , Macs Outlaw Garage has a private restroom, kitchenette, living room with full length mirror and poker table, or for an additional cost the 3 bedroom 1 bath air bnb located at the North Entrance of HPR
HOW LONG WILL WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE VENUE FOR WEDDINGS?
Three hours before wedding and One hour break down for a total of 9 hours, additional set up and receptions hours can be purchased.
WILL THERE BE ANOTHER WEDDING THE SAME DAY?
We love to be able to provide our couples exclusive access to the Venue on their wedding day, so for that reason we only host one WEDDING a day. (we may have a kids party or photo shoots early in the day but not during your ceremony and reception time
WHAT DO WE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION.
HPR will have a staff member directing all vehicles and guests on your special day
ARE THERE OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS ?
Yes we have a Three Bedroom air bnb for an additional cost or we are conveniently located12 miles from Lake Mary Blvd or 12 miles from alafia location
IS THE Legendary Horsepower Ranch PET FRIENDLY?
We understand that pets are part of the family and we welcome them here at HPR
DO YOU OFFER A CEREMONY ONLY PACKAGE?
Yes we sure do, All ceremonies’ only need to end by 3 pm
DO YOU REQUIRE A WEDDING PLANNER.
No, to ensure your day is smooth and stress free we highly recommend a wedding planner or you can add day of Coordination through HPR
IS THE VENUE AIR CONDITIONED?
Yes, Macs Outlaw Garage and bridal suite are both climate controlled.
DO YOU ALLOW GLASSWARE FOR THE BAR?
For the safety of your guests and animals we do not allow glassware for the bar.
DO WE NEED TO SCHEDULE A TOUR OR CAN WE JUST STOP BY?
We ask that all tours be scheduled. You can schedule online by clicking here.
HOW DO WE RESERVE A DATE:
We require a signed contract and a non refundable 25% retainer to secure your date.
ARE OUTSIDE SNACKS AND TRAYS PERMITTED?
Yes you are welcome to bring food and beverages for breakfast and lunch. Event meals however must be provided by a licensed, insured caterer.
WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR ALCOHOL?
You may bring in your own alcohol, or purchase a bar package with us, or your caterer we just require you to use an approved licensed bartender
DO WE HAVE TO CHOOSE VENDORS FROM YOUR PREFERRED VENDOR LIST.
With the exception of the required bartenders, your favorite vendors are welcome. We do require that they are properly licensed and insured so we ask that you make us aware of anyone you plan to use that is not on our approved list.
ARE CANDLES ALLOWED?
Yes, candles can be a beautiful addition to your décor. For safety, we just ask that they be contained in a glass container.
WHAT DOES SET-UP ENTAIL?
The HPR team will set up all tables and chairs per the floorplan given for ceremony and reception ( if you bring in your own vendors they are required to set up)
WHAT DOES CLEAN-UP ENTAIL?
At the end of your event, we simply ask that you remove personal belongings that you have brought in and any rental items. The venue is professionally cleaned after every event.
WHEN CAN OUR RENTAL COMPANY DROP OFF AND PICK UP?
We often host multiple weddings in a weekend, so we ask for drop off and pick up that same day unless otherwise accepted
DO YOU REQUIRE EVENT INSURANCE?
We do require our couples to purchase event insurance. Event insurance protects you from liability during your event that is a result of bodily injury, personal injury or property damage and cancelation insurance.
DO YOU HAVE SECURITY AT THE VENUE?
No we do not, that can be purchased through us for an additional cost.
