The venue offers unlimited capacity with a connected Paved patio space for easy flow inside and out Both Locations

WHAT DO WE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION?

HPR will have a staff member directing all vehicles and guests on your special day

IS THE LEGENDARY HORSEPOWER RANCH PET FRIENDLY?

We understand that pets are part of the family and we welcome them here at HPR.

IS THE VENUE AIR CONDITIONED?

Yes, Macs Outlaw Garage and bridal suite are both climate controlled

HOW DO WE RESERVE A DATE?

We require a signed contract and a non refundable 25% retainer to secure your date

ARE OUTSIDE SNACKS AND TRAYS PERMITTED?

Yes you are welcome to bring food and beverages for breakfast and lunch. Event meals however must be provided by a licensed, insured caterer

WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR ALCOHOL?

You may bring in your own alcohol, or purchase a bar package with us, or your caterer we just require you to use an approved licensed bartender

DO YOU HAVE SECURITY AT THE VENUE?

No we do not, that can be purchased through us for an additional cost.
