Outdoor Event Venue in Central Florida
Guests fly into MCO, and the ranch sits about 30 minutes from downtown Orlando, which puts the Gunslinger Pavilion inside an easy afternoon for anyone already coming to town for the weekend. This is a working ranch, so what surrounds the pavilion is not landscaping. There are horses in the field, woods and pastures past the buildings, and a beach area on the water that almost nobody expects to find out here.
Because the Gunslinger Pavilion is open to the air, the practical pieces carry more weight than they would indoors. The restrooms are climate-controlled, which matters more in July than anyone admits. Parking is attended, and accessible parking sits close in, so the guests least able to cross a field do not have to. Tables and white padded chairs are included, market lighting runs throughout the property, and there is an outdoor fire pit. The booking includes a day-of coordinator and an on-site venue manager, so vendor questions go to someone whose job it is. Wedding bookings run 10 hours, which is enough clock that nobody is rushing the send-off.

Combining Macs Outlaw Garage with the Gunslinger Pavilion is the option most people do not think to ask about on the first call. Booked together, the two give the day somewhere to move: sessions in one and a reception in the other, or dinner in one and dancing in the other, with nobody leaving the property or getting back in a car. WiFi reaches across the ranch, which is the first thing a corporate planner asks about and the last thing anyone thinks about at a wedding. The property holds three separate venue locations, and the Barn Courtyard, HPR Stables and the Bridal Suite Cabin are all here if the day wants another backdrop.
The Gunslinger Pavilion does not need much dressing, but a few things are worth adding. Whiskey barrels are already on the property. Wagon wheel chandeliers at $200 or crystal chandeliers at $275 change what hangs overhead, and a horse and carriage at $750 changes how the couple arrives; the rest of the add-on list lives on the weddings page. If you would rather not build a vendor list at all, the all-inclusive package folds catering, a DJ, photography, bar service and the cake and flower allowances into a single booking. The Ranch House Suite and dressing rooms handle getting ready on site, and overnight stays run $450 a night.
