Weddings are not the only celebrations that happen out here. This is a working ranch first, about 30 minutes from downtown Orlando, and it has been taking bookings for over 12 years. Plenty of those had nothing to do with a wedding dress: milestone birthdays, engagement parties, family reunions, kids’ parties, photo shoots. Three separate venue locations sit on one property, so the celebrations that need four walls and the ones that need a field both have somewhere to land. Up to 200 guests. Tables and 200 white padded chairs are already here, and so are the horses, the pastures, and the Spanish moss hanging low off the oaks over the drive. Between those and the market lighting, most of the decorating is done before anyone hangs a thing.

Pick a spot and the party takes its shape from it. Barn Courtyard under market lighting for a seated dinner. HPR Stables when you want the horses close enough to hear. Gunslinger Pavilion for the toasts and the dancing. Macs Outlaw Garage is climate controlled and has a kitchenette, a full-length mirror, and a poker table. The Bridal Suite Cabin is there for anyone who needs to get ready. Big celebrations spread across all of it. Small ones only need one corner.
Out past the buildings there are woods, pastures, a beach on the water, and an outdoor fire pit for the hour when people stop dancing and start talking. Add a pony meet-and-greet for $75 if there will be kids, yard games at $15 each, or classic cars for $400 if the birthday deserves an entrance. Celebrations here can be as ranch as you want them.

Parking is attended, so arrival is somebody else’s job. Accessible parking means nobody has to plan the day around a walker. The restrooms are climate controlled, which is what keeps a Florida afternoon from ending a reunion at four o’clock. WiFi is on site, so the slideshow somebody finished in the car actually plays. A venue manager stays on the property while your event runs. Anyone can host one good hour. The celebrations people are still talking about a year later come down to whether the logistics held for the whole night, which is the sort of thing a review will tell you and a photo will not.

Most of what people ask about non-wedding celebrations comes down to food, drinks, and paperwork. Breakfast and lunch you are welcome to bring yourself. Event meals have to come from a licensed, insured caterer. Bring your own alcohol or buy a bar package; either way, an approved licensed bartender pours it, and there is no glassware at the bar. That rule is about guests and animals, not style.
Candles are welcome inside a glass container. Pets are part of the family, so they are welcome too. A signed contract and a non-refundable 25% retainer hold your date.
