Yes. Our Bronze and Silver packages include up to 30 guests, and the Gold package includes up to 45 — adults and children both count. Beyond that we charge per additional guest ($5 on Bronze, $10 on Silver, $18 on Gold), so larger groups are welcome. The pavilion, farm tables and seating scale with you, and we can add tables and linens as needed.

Yes. Our Silver ($1,850) and Gold ($3,250) themed packages are all-inclusive. Both cover the venue, themed tableware, a 16-foot balloon garland, centerpieces, music in the barn, custom invitations, a dessert station, pizza and drinks, and an hour of pony rides and petting zoo time. Gold adds a photo booth, snow cone, cotton candy and popcorn machines with an attendant, and a bounce house with slide.

Yes. Your party gets its own covered pavilion — either the Stables or the Gunslinger — with climate-controlled restrooms, eight farm tables, a whiskey barrel cake table and a covered wagon gift holder. The Silver and Gold packages include a dedicated HPR Party Host who runs the party for you.

Every kids birthday party here includes an hour of pony rides and time with the petting zoo. You can upgrade to two white riding unicorns for $300, and add Clydesdale wagon rides, a decorated beverage burro, or extra horses for photos. It’s the part most families remember — a real ranch with real animals rather than a party room.

Plenty. Popular add-ons include a bounce house ($200), hay ride ($300), kiddie train rides ($300), face painter or balloon twister ($250 each), henna tattoo artist ($250), cotton candy or popcorn machine ($175 each), water slides (from $250), a themed pinata ($150), funnel cakes made on site (from $150), party favors ($15 per child), and a mechanical bull ($1,495). Food trucks, DJs, photographers and costume characters are available — call for pricing.

Hourly rental is $200 per hour and includes the Stables or Gunslinger pavilion. Themed packages are $850 for Bronze, $1,850 for Silver and $3,250 for Gold. All packages are subject to a 24% service and staff charge plus tax — that charge is not a gratuity.

Kids parties run during the day and must finish by 2pm so we can turn the venue over for evening events. Additional venue hours can be purchased at $200 per hour where the schedule allows.
