The catering at Horsepower Ranch is provided by Aloha Productions Luau Inc, owned and run by Scott and Rachel McElroy since 2001, the family-run business behind Horsepower Ranch & Events. We are fully licensed through Hotels and Restaurants and carry a full liquor license, licensing most of Central Florida’s food trucks and bakers.

Our team will help you organize your event from start to finish, with over 115 colors of linen to choose from, centerpieces, classic cars and trucks to rent on site, and more.
